I have been reading and following Yoga from ten yrs ago. This is the best practical guide I ever had. Because I think the author of this book is an Actually Yogi. Other than the people write books on yoga after reading old texts. Wish the author success in future.
I've been practicing yoga for decades and this is a wonderful book. It gives clear and thorough instructions for the postures and breath work for practicing the postures but also includes how the postures can be used for specific goals. The author has thoroughly immersed herself in all aspects of yoga and is able to take the ancient concepts and present them in the language of the 21st century. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to truly gain from the teachings of yoga.
